Bitter Gourd Curry

Bitter gourd cut in to I inch pieces 300g

Knorr curry cube 1 no

Onion 1⁄2 no

Garlic 2 cloves

Green chili sliced 1 no

Rampe 1 inch piece

Curry leaves 1 sprig

Turmeric 1 tsp

Thin coconut milk or water 200ml

Salt to taste


1. In a pot add all the ingredients except the curry cube and thick coconut milk

2. Bring everythin to boil and simmer till the bitter guard pieces are half cooked

3. Now add the thick coconut milk and the Knorr curry cube. season to taste with salt reduce the gravy to the desired consistency serve hot
