Carrot, Omelet and Curry Leaf Fried Rice

Ingredients

Cooked rice 500g

Knorr seasoning powder 7.5g pack 1 no

Egg 1no

Curry leaves ½ cup

Carrot 80g

Onion 10g (Large Onion)

Oil 2 tbsp

Carrot, egg, and curry leaf fried rice

Method

1. In a pan fry the curry leaves slightly. Then grind well to make a powder. Set aside

2. In another pan heat oil. Add onion and sauté till fragrant. Now add the egg and quickly scramble. Then add the carrot and sauté for a minute

3. Now add the curry leaf powder and the Knorr seasoning powder. Mix well. Finally add the cooked rice mix well to combine and serve hot
