Chicken Korma

Recipe serves: 4 | Preparation Time: 15 Minutes | Cooking Time: 10 Minutes


300g Chicken, cut on the bone

1 Onion

2 Garlic cloves

1 inch piece Ginger

1 large Tomato

1 Knorr seasoning cube

1 packet Knorr biriyani mix

100g Cashew nuts

100g Yoghurt or curd

2 tbsp Ghee

Rampe and curry leaves

1 tbsp Lime juice

1 tbsp Chili powder

Salt to taste


1. In a food processor, grind cashews, onion, and tomato into a smooth paste. Set aside.

2. In a pot, add ghee. Then add garlic, ginger, rampe, and curry leaves. Sauté till translucent. Now add chicken, Knorr biriyani mix, and chili powder. Sauté for another minute. Then add the cashew mixture and cook till everything combines well.

3. Finally, add the Knorr seasoning cube. Mix well, season with salt, and serve hot.
