Crispy Dhal and Gotukola Rice

Ingredients

100g Dhal

400g Cooked Rice

200g Gotukola

1 Knorr Chicken Cube

20g Butter

1 Onion, chopped

2 Tablespoons Chili Flakes

Rampe and Curry Leaves

Crispy Dhal and Gotukola Rice

Method

1. Melt butter in a pan. Then, add the dhal and fry till golden, on a very low flame

2. Add the onion, rampe and curry leaves and sauté for a few seconds. Then, add the chili flakes, gotukola and the Knorr Chicken Cube

3. Mix in the cooked rice and combine well. Serve hot
