Cuttlefish curry

Cuttlefish cleaned and cut 300g

Knorr curry cube 1 no

Onion sliced 1⁄2 no

Garlic chopped 2 cloves

Green chili sliced 1 no

Rampe 1 inch piece

Curry leaves 1 sprig

Turmeric 1⁄2 tsp

Chili powder 1 tbsp

Oil 1 tbsp

Coconut milk 250 ml

Lime juice 1 tsp

Salt to taste


1. In a pot add oil. Then add onion, garlic, green chili, rampe and curry leaves. saute till fragrant. then add the cuttlefish and saute for few seconds

2. Now add the turmeric chili powder and coconut milk. bring to boil

3. Finally add the Knorr curry cube. lime juice and salt to taste. mix well and serve hot
