Fish curry

Ingredients

Thalapath or tuna 300g

Knorr curry cube 1 no

Onion sliced 1⁄2 no

Garlic pods 2 -3 no

Green chili sliced 1 no

Rampe 1 inch piece

Curry leaves 1 sprig

Turmeric 1⁄2 tsp

Chili powder 1 tbsp

Crushed pepper 1⁄2 tsp

Water 150 ml

Thick coconut milk 200ml

Lime juice 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Method

1. Add everything in a pot except the Knorr curry cube, lime juice and thick coconut milk. bring everything to a boil

2. Now add the curry cube coconut milk and bring to boil

3. Finally add lime juice, season to taste with salt and serve hot
