Knorr Cabbage Leaves Fried Rice

Ingredients

Cooked rice 500g

Carrot grated 100g

Cabbage leaves shredded 80g

Eggs 2

Knorr Seasoning Cube 1

Onion chopped ½ no.

Garlic Chopped 1 Clove

Margarine 20g

Salt and Pepper to taste

Method

1. In a pot melt 5g of Margarine. Add the eggs. Stir to scramble. Then add the carrot, onion, garlic and cabbage leaves and mix it well.

2. Add the Knorr seasoning cube and mix well. Add cooked rice, mix and season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve hot.

Chefs tip

Thinly sliced cabbages like white and purple cabbage can be used in this to make it flavorful and more colorful.
