Knorr Fried Rice Wrap

Preparation Time: 15 minutes | Cooking Time: 10 minutes | Serves: 4


Cooked rice 500g

Godamba roti 4 no.

Grated carrot 70g

Thinly sliced leek 70g

Tomato chopped 1 large

Onion chopped 2 no.

Garlic chopped 2 cloves

Oil 20ml

Pepper to taste

Knorr Seasoning cube


1. In a pot add the 20ml of oil. Now add onion garlic and sauté till fragrant. Now add tomato. Cook till oil separates.

2. Then add the carrot and leek. Add the Knorr seasoning cube and mix well.

3. Mix in the rice and season to taste with salt and pepper.

4. Place a godamba roti on a plate. Keep 1 or 2 spoonful of rice and fold the roti to form a shape of a burrito. Serve hot.

Chef's tip

Arrange these on a baking tray. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake in an oven for a different texture.
