Knorr Kos Kottu

Knorr Seasoning cube 1

Boiled Jack 500g

Grated carrot 100g

Leek thinly sliced 60g

Tomato chopped 1no.

Onion cut into pieces 1no.

Garlic chopped 2 cloves

Lemmon grass 2-3 pieces

Rampe 1 inch piece

Curry leaves 1 sprig

Chili powder 1 tablespoon

Chili flakes 1 tablespoon

Lime juice 1 tablespoon

Salt and pepper to taste

Oil 20ml


1. In a pan add oil, then add onion garlic, rampe curry leaves and lemmon grass. Sauté till fragrant. Now add carrot, leek, tomato and sauté for 2 minutes.

2. Now add Knorr seasoning cube. Mix well. Then add the boiled jack, Chili powder, chili flakes and stir well to combine.

3. Add lime juice, season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.

Chefs tip

Substitute rice for boiled jack.
