250g thinly sliced bitter gourd
1 thinly sliced onion
1 sliced tomato
1 KMF packet
1 tbsp. chili flakes
1 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp. sugar
2 cloves of sliced garlic
Rampe and curry leaves
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
1. Deep fry the sliced bitter gourd until it turns golden.
2. In a pot, add oil and let it heat. Then add the garlic, onion, rampe and curry leaves and sauté until fragrant. Now add the tomato and sauté.
3. Next add sugar, chili flakes, chili powder and KMF and mix well. Then add the bitter gourd and mix. Temper it for a little while, add salt to taste and serve.
To avoid a bitter taste, don’t let the bitter gourd fry until it’s brown.
