Masala Noodles

Recipe serves: 3-4 | Preparation Time: 15 Minutes | Cooking Time: 10 Minutes


4 Noodle cakes, boiled and strained

75g Carrot, grated

50g Leek, sliced

1 Onion, sliced

1 packet Knorr biriyani mix

1 large Tomato, sliced

1 Knorr seasoning cube

20g Margarine

Salt to taste


1. In a pan, melt margarine. Then add onion and tomato, stir for a minute. Add carrot, leek, and half of the Knorr biriyani mix. Stir well to combine.

2. Add the Knorr seasoning cube and cooked noodle cakes. Mix well, season with salt to taste, and serve hot.
