Paneer Masala

Recipe serves: 3-4 | Preparation Time: 15 Minutes | Cooking Time: 10 Minutes


250g Paneer, cut into cubes

1 Onion, sliced

1 large Tomato, sliced

1 Green chili, sliced

2 Garlic cloves, crushed

Rampe and curry leaves

1 Knorr seasoning cube

1 tbsp Garam masala powder

1 tsp Turmeric

1 tbsp Chili powder

200ml Thick coconut milk

2 tbsp Oil

Salt to taste


1. In a pot, add oil. Then add garlic, green chili, onion, tomato, rampe, and curry leaves. Sauté till oil separates.

2. Now add paneer and the Knorr seasoning cube, and sauté for 2 minutes. Then add coconut milk and boil.

3. Season with salt and serve hot.
