Nokhol - 350g
Onion sliced – 1 nos
Garlic chopped - 2 cloves
Green chili thinly sliced - 1
Curry leaves - 1 sprig
Knorr seasoning cube - 1
Goraka paste - 1 tbsp
Crushed pepper - 1 tbsp
Turmeric - ½ tsp
Water - 200ml
1. In a pot mix all the ingredients together with the Knorr seasoning cube
2. Cook at a medium to low flame till the Nokhol is tender.
3. Adjust the seasoning with salt. Serve hot.
Cut Nokhol into medium size cubes instead of julienne.
