Leeks, Nokhol and Potato Fried Rice

Recipe Serves: 4 | Preparation Time: 20 Minutes | Cooking Time: 10 Minutes

Ingredients

500g Cooked rice

1 Knorr seasoning powder 7.5g pack

80g Diced Potato

80g Diced Nokhol

30g Leeks Sliced

10g Onion Sliced

1 no Diced Tomato

2 tbsp Oil

Potato, Nokhol and Leeks Fried Rice

Method

1. 1. In a pan heat oil. Now add onion and sauté till fragrant. Then add the potato and nokhol and sauté for few minutes till vegetable are tender

2. 2. Then add leek and the Knorr seasoning powder. Mix well

3. 3. Finally add the cooked rice and tomato. Mix well and serve hot
