Pumpkin cut into juillienne – 60g
Pathola thinly sliced – 50g
Onion – 01 nos
Minced chicken – 75g
Cooked rice – 500g
Knorr seasoning cube – 1
Oil – 2 Tbsp
Salt to taste
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add chicken and sauté for 2 minutes. Now add pumpkin. Quickly stir to cook but retain the crispiness.
2. Add pathola, knorr seasoning cube and mix well.
3. Finally mix in the rice. Season to taste and serve hot.
Deseed bitter gourd and thinly slice. Mix with lime juice and add as a variation for pathola.
