Pumpkin curry

Pumpkin cut in to medium pieces 200g

Knorr curry cube 1 no

Onion 1⁄2 no

Garlic 2 cloves

Green chili sliced 1 no

Rampe 1 inch piece

Curry leaves 1 sprig

Turmeric 1tsp

Thin coconut milk or water 200ml

Thick coconut milk 200ml

Salt to taste


1. In a pot add all the ingredients except the curry cube and thick coconut milk. bring to boil and simmer till pumpkin get cooked

2. Now add the thick coconut milk and the Knorr curry cube. bring to boil and to the desired consistency

3. Season to taste with salt and serve hot
