Spicy Dhal and Gotukola Fried Rice

Dhal 100g

Cooked rice 400g

Gotukola 200g

Knorr seasoning powder 7.5g pack

Oil 10ml

Chopped Onion 1 no

Chili Flakes 2 tablespoons

Rampé and curry leaves


1. Melt Astra in a pan. Then, add the dhal and fry for a minute, on a very low flame

2. Add the onion, rampé and curry leaves and sauté for a few seconds. Then add the chili flakes, gotukola and the Knorr Chicken powder mix well

3. Add the cooked rice and mix well. Serve hot
